After being a member of the Melbourne collective L.E.M.O.M for many years Max joined the admin team from late 2019 to 2021. Along with Simon Quinn, Max was responsible for an overhaul of the branding and community, the creation of media such as the Sunday Sesh and LEMOM feature artists, community moderation and engagement as well as assisting in the organization of two charity albums featuring members of the group.
